Managed to create same bug. Attempted to create +24 wound talisman using the master box and all 200 materials only to get a +23. I did not check log to see if it was a critical success or not. I just stopped trying to get the Master box since the 150 level box would get the same result. |

I have also experienced this as well with all 200's on a wound talisman resulting in +23 wounds instead of the +24. I also do not recall if it said critical fail or something along those lines. (I am 200 crafting skill) |
