Summary0023141: Destro T1 Blighted Isle RVR Quest "Death and Honor" impossible to complete
DescriptionKilling Moranir Woodwalker (10++ Hero) when activating "Watch Pyre" object in T1 Chrace does not drop quest item "Moranir Woodwalker's Horn" that is needed to complete the quest chain. Impossible to make the quest progress.

Solution is when Moranir Woodwalker dies, it should drop "Moranir Woodwalker's Horn" quest item for everyone that has this stage of the quest chain.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Destro T1 Blighted Isle warcamp.
2. Go up hill near guards leading the way to Ch.2.
3. Observe pile of High Elf weapons on the ground to get first part of chain quest 1/4..
4. Go to Dark Elf DOK NPC near Canra Scarblade to get second part of chain quest 2/4.
5. Go to Plain of Bone rvr lake and go inside big mountain in between House of Lorendryth and Altar of Khaine.
6. Click on dead Dark Elf NPC inside to get third part of chain quest 3/4.
7. Kill 10x enemy players to get 10x "Broken Weapon" quest items.
8. Click on "Shining Guard Orders" quest item to get final part of chain quest 4/4.
9. Go to Chrace, near the Order portal bridge near Tower of Nightflame ( this is in the rocky section leading to Shard of Grief).
10. Click on "Watch Pyre" object (bundle of sticks).
11. Observe that 1/2 of quest credit needed to complete quest is granted "Light the Watch Pyre"
12. This summons a 10++ Hero mob "Moranir Woodwalker".
13. Kill the mob and observe that after he is looted that no "Moranir Woodwalker's Horn" is dropped.
14. Observe that 2/2 of quest credit needed to complete quest is not granted.

This is in Chrace ("Watch Pyre" [bundle of sticks] near coords (39321,12004).

After "Moranir Woodwalker", the "Watch Pyre" cannot be activated to summon enemy Hero NPC again. Quest "Death and Honor" has to be abandoned and then player must click on "Shining Guard Orders" quest item in quest backpack to re-accept quest again which then allows player to re-summon "Moranir Woodwalker" NPC. However, killing him again still does not give credit. Another T1 Destro player also confirmed what I found independently when he was previously did the chain quest. This is also same kind of problem affecting ticket: 0023140 "Destro T1 RVR Quest "Scarlet Sand" https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=23140

can you post a screenshot of how the loot window looks? Maybe someone has autoloot on, not sure.
