| Summary | 0023167: IB Oathbound increase to initiative and Parry | ||||
| Description | When I use oathbound which both should increase my initiative by 114 and my parry by 20% it only shows my parry chance increasing by 20%. It is not reflecting the increase to my initiative to my parry chance. I have attached screenshots to show these changes. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Look at your initiative and parry chance without using any abilities, then use oathbound and only see the buff of 20% from the ability but no additional increase from the initiative increase the ability also gives. | ||||
