Summary0023265: Cirous Tract does not work on high level characters
DescriptionI recently returned to Nordland, Chapter 1 on a max level character after the removal of Debolster to hunt down the PvE Collectors items. The Onionskin Paper next to the mailbox works fine, and the quest Enemies Abound can be completed without issue - but the second step of the chain which starts with the Curious Tract does not work. I have tried on multiple high level characters to no success. I returned on a low level toon, lvl 13, and it works fine. I suspect the item has bugged due to the removal of the Debolster mechanic and it requires characters to be level 15 or below (which of course now they wont get leveled down).

Additional note: If the quest item Curious Tract is deleted there is no way of getting it back because it is awarded upon completion of Enemies Abound. Needs a way to recover item.

did you possibly do this quest before? did you do chapter 2 quests at some point?

Probably did do chapter 2 quests on one of my level 40s, both not both of them. I'm a returning player and I haven't played since before these quests were implemented.
