| Summary | 0023287: Cannot dress character from items in backpack |

| Description | Been playing for a few days . When I want to upgrade armor and clothing that was added to the backpack, it will not add and leaves my character without any clothes on. This affect performance because armor enhances experience. I reboot and restart and it happens everytime. |

| Steps To Reproduce | I click on backpack and character buttons from top bar during game. When I click on body armor, belts, etc and apply it onto the character, nothing happens |
