| Description | When attempting to complete step 3 of the T4 epic Greensking quest 'Time to Waaagh!' (step 3 as outlined in this guide: https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/Greenskins_T4_Epic_Quest_Time_to_Waaagh!) I encounter the following issue:
The quest requires you to speak with three NPCs, each of whom should provide a quest of their own to be completed, thus fulfilling the 'Time to Waaagh!' quest. One of the three NPCs, 'Low Boss Phuntz', does not offer a quest, or dialogue of any sort. The other two, Shmeek and Brung, function normally. |

| Steps To Reproduce | I have not attempted to reproduce on another character, but I have abandoned and restarted the quest, both before and after clearing my RoR cache folder. |
