0023494: Magus - Close Quarters tactic incorrectly reduces cast-time of certain abilities regardless of distance of your target
Description
No matter if your target is <20 ft or 180 ft away from you those 3 abilities will have their cast-time reduced to half:
- Agonizing Torrent
- Daemon Summons (all 3 of them)
- Rift
Their tooltip always reflects the actual cast-time (even if it's wrong according to how the tactic should work the tactic)
Bolt of Change and Perils of the Warp weren't tested.
Steps To Reproduce
Equip CQ tactic
Duel someone in the Arena
Target them and check cast-time of all cast abilities on Magus when the target is 10 ft from you vs 120 ft from you or so.
The following abilities are now properly excluded from Close Quarters and Expert Skirmisher:
- Electromagnet
- Lileath's Arrow
- Summon Pink Horror
- Summon Flamer
- Summon Blue Horror
- Chaotic Rift
- Agonizing Torrent
