Summary	0023521: Against the Wicked
Description	Quest from Lector Sieghart outside of the Temple area in Altdorf. I completed first part of the quest. Rewards were only XP and some Silver, no items. The second part asks that you show a Letter of Introduction to Witch Hunter Kurtz in Norsca. I did not receive a Letter of Introduction when taking the second part of the quest. It is not in my backpack. I still attempted to communicate with the Witch Hunter in Norsca, but nothing happens. Perhaps I'm missing something, no pun intended.
Steps To Reproduce	I went back to the Lector to see if I needed to click on him again to receive the letter, but nothing happened. I abandoned the quest and took it again, but still did not receive the letter.

Abrafo 2025-05-17 01:22 reporter ~0046732	I appologize if I'm missing something, but I've abandoned this quest twice since it was marked as resolved and retook it. The letter is not being given to me. It's not in my backpack Inventory or Quest Items when i retake it. I still tried to go to Witch Hunter Kurtz in Norsca but nothing happens when I interact with him and the quest marker above his head is greyed out, (Not gold or green). Do I need to wait for a server reboot for it to work? It wasn't mentioned in the notes. Thank you.
