| Description | When playing a public quest yesterday i came across a public quest where at some point i should burn some empire wagons but i moved on. Today in Reikland i can not finish the Reik river Bandits public quest, again because i can not attack/ set fire to the Empire wagon- Wrong target/ target is already dead response.

| Steps To Reproduce | Play a public quest like Reik River bandits until you reach the third stage where the wagon should be destroyed. proceed to not destroy the wagon, because you can not do so.
