Summary	0023747: Victory Points starting at 100% for new zones
Description	Destro rammed Caledor tonight with minimal defense (280% AAO) which opened up Dragonwake. They then moved to siege Reikland while simultaneously sieging Black Crag. Very few order showed up to defend Black Crag and it had been a dead zone until the ram. After the fort, I flew to Dragonwake and TM and both zones were showing 100% VP which seems very unlikely given there had been no fights there yet. It seems like the freshly opened zones might be inheriting the VP from the previous zone in the pairing or there's some kind of other bug with them.

R1CH 2024-12-10 03:29 reporter ~0045718	Dragonwake eventually started decaying while we were fighting in the zone, down to 60% when it was locked. Caledor correctly started at 0%, so I am not sure exactly what the conditions are to trigger this.
