| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Bought Painboss Shoulders 2) Equipped Shoulders 3) Attempted to apply Mithril Silver Dye 4) Received Message Window: This item cannot be dyed 5) Transmoged another set of shoulders to Painboss 6) Allowed me to use a dye on transmoged shoulders but no visual change 7 Attempted to dye using a vendor.
