Summary	0023926: Guild bank purchased rows are locked after some time
Description	Purchased three rows in Guild vault number 3 (4th,5th,6th) earlier in January and filled them with items. Today I see those tabs are locked and available for purchase once again. Items I have put there are obviously gone for good.
