Summary	0023970: The Ebon Flames bug
Description	we ran the ch22 epic quests with a small group and noticed this happening at several stages for at least one member of the party. earlier in this particular questline, we had it happen but luckily 1/3 of us finished the quest upon receiving the item, while the other 2 got credit but no item. the item must be used and since the quest is "completed 1/1" the quest item doesnt drop again. to fix this (workaround) we dropped quest, shared, other person dropped quest, shared - then dropped group so it wouldnt happen again. unfortunately the same bug appears to have happened later in the quest line. this part of the quest requires the jade necklace to start, so we are unable to share it. i was the one who drew the short straw and i have the quest complete, cannot pick the quest item up (because it no longer drops) and cannot drop the quest because i will be unable to start the same step again without the previous quest item in my bag. can you please just reset my quest to 0/1 and 0/1 on the current step im on so i can get my epic item thanks.
Steps To Reproduce	follow quest line with more than one person in group - always reproduces
Additional Information	would be nice if the quest item didnt disappear after use, until after end of quest line. then could always restart again if need to drop /shrug
