| Description | IB tactic Rising Anger allows for a double attack with Rune-Etched Axe (and other similar skills?) at treshold grudge amounts 20, 45, 70 and 95. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Have Rising Anger tactic and grudges at 20, 45, 70 or 95 and use Rune-Etched Axe. The ability will then deal double damage on target(s). | ||||
| Additional Information | Tested on target dummies only. Does not work with abilities that add DoTs such as Heavy Blow (can't have two instances of same effect on target?) | ||||
