when dying to a last boss of a quest chain to get the The book od BOOM vol 2, quest item are lost and demon cannot be summoned again. When abandoning quest, Questgiver Reinhardt Nachtblum does not give quest anymore.
It is not possible to aquire quest item Sigmarite Wisdom, to purchase Book of BOOM vol 2

if you abandon the quest, you restart it from the Sigmarite Font (the game object that started that step) not the npc. Please go back to the game object and try to restart that step
