Were you close enough to the altar when it was delivered? Did you get any renown bonus for the delivery? And to confirm, was this in the last few hours since you opened the ticket? |

I was close enough to see and target the relic-holder (user Bene, I think) and was among the large group of users around the altar, but I don't know how close "close enough" is, but i couldn't have been more than 50-60 in-game distance units. I did not receive a Renown bonus or receive any kind of notification. This occurred earlier today at around 1:05-1:15PM PST and I opened this ticket more-or-less immediately afterward. |

Ok, then you were with the same run I was and I got credit, so this is quite strange. The radius should be well over 200 ft. Was the altar visible to you? |

Yes, I can say for certain that the altar model was loaded in, I was also very close to the 'skull' on the minimap that indicated the location of the Relic. I had previously been attacked by Order players but I was back with the group before the turn-in countdown was started. That is the only thing I can think of that may have changed my circumstances compared to others around me, but from what I understand that wouldn't matter as long as I was with the Relic when it was turned in, which by every conceivable measure I was right there, in the right spot. |

I did another relic delivery, and this time it worked! I didn't do anything differently from what I could see, and I got the attached message once the relic was turned in even though it didn't count the last two times. Screenshot 2025-05-28 213210.png (77,116 bytes) |
