DescriptionI have been stuck at 99/100 Empire Foes Slain on this quest for awhile. I just solo killed a bright wizard named Missfire in Praag and still didn't get to 100. I have assisted in killing many other empire players in the last 24 hours without getting that 100th kill credit. How am I supposed to complete this quest for the T3 chaos cloak??

I am doing the Enforcing Tzeentch's Will quest for the secondary appearance of the T2 cloak as well and it is also stuck at 29/50 kills for over 24 hours despite clearing multiple keeps and forts, defeating players in open field battles.

Ok, this is even weird than I thought. According to killboard, I haven't had a kill since May 2nd. But I submit to you Exhibit A, screenshot just now. You can see credit for kills in my chat window. Also, the T3 cloak quest wasn't in game on May 2nd I don't think, No way I could have gotten my 99 kills back on May 2nd.
