| Description | previously, there was a change for the triumphant ranged class proc that changed its effect on real-time damage, but now it doesn't work, for example, if dot was applied before you received proc, then its damage will not change if you received proc, just as if you applied dot at last second of available proc, then this dot will deal increased damage all time, even if you no longer have a buff proc. Same applies to other spells, for example to channels. | ||||
