Summary	0024614: [Zealot] Channelling cast time is not reset when switching to another channel
Description	Hi, as a Zealot you have access to two channelling spells (Wind of Insanity and Chaotic Agitation). However when using those 2 channels back to back the cast time of the second channel takes up at the first channel instead of starting at the beginning.
Steps To Reproduce	- As a Zealot, spec into Wind of insanity and Chaotic Agitation (3rd Mastery tree). Start casting one channel on a mob and switch to the second channel mid cast (without moving). The cast bar should take up at mid cast time instead of restarting fully.
