Summary	0024687: Rune of Power granted ability does not deal correct damage
Description	Tested out the granted ability from the Rune Priest's "Oath Rune of Power" - it doesn't do the correct damage. Tried multiple times, with different load outs, and had other RPs try as well.
Steps To Reproduce	Tried multiple times, had other classes use ability, and had other RPs try as vell
