Summary	0024722: [BO] Git Out: incorrect tooltip cooldown value w/ Git Out Fer Gud slotted
Description	Abilities Git Out and Fly Gits have 20s base cooldown. When tactic Git Out Fer Gud is slotted, both abilities have 10s cooldown. Tooltip for Fly Gits correctly reflects this change in cooldown, however tooltip for Git Out incorrectly lists old value (20s). This is only a tooltip error, as Git Out correctly goes on a 10s cd when used. See pic
