After claiming my Elite influence reward with Mokai Warp-changed and obtained my Sentinel ring, the basic and Advanced rewards counted as claimed, making me unable to claim either of the sentinel rewards Boon 2 handed weapon for example. I now have no way to obtain the Sentinel shard.

Could I be provided with one of the basic or advanced rewards so I can convert it into Sentinel rewards?
Did you try restarting the game in case it's a UI glitch? It's impossible to claim multiple influence rewards at once, the server will only let you take one (and mark one as taken) at a time.
