Did you try restarting the game in case it's a UI glitch? It's impossible to claim multiple influence rewards at once, the server will only let you take one (and mark one as taken) at a time. |

Bumps do not help. We do not give items out due to bugs, accidents, and/or etc. Since Rich commented, I am sure he is looking into it. However, refunds (etc) are not a thing that we do at this time. Thank you for posting this and I assure you it will be looked into. Thank you |

I understand where you're coming from Emissary, as a suggestion. Since there's no other way to obtain Sentinel shards or Bloodlord souls perhaps adding a quest similar to what LV has when you've reached influence (maxed out) to have a repeatable quest where you can obtain a Bloodlord soul for BS and a Sentinel shard for BB. Should the bug happen for others it'd sort itself that way. |
