Summary0024884: Madcap weapons potentially overstatted
DescriptionMadcap weapons were reworked alongside the <ilvl46 scenario weapons in the September 25th patch.
That is not reflected anywhere in the patchnotes (but this is not what this report is about, just wanted to mention it).

Their new stats seem wrong, but I cannot verify if that lies within the Madcap weapons, the Gutslime weapons or the Barbarity/Zeal weapons without more data. You can probably figure what is wrong though:

Madcap weapons (ilvl 42) have a 77 Stat Total while Gutslime weapons (ilvl 42 also) have a 75 Stat Total.
Barbarity/Zeal weapons have a 77 Stat Total but different wDPS which leads me to believe that that the issue lies in Madcap weapons.

Gutslime is level 42 rare. DPS is 47.0/68.2. Stats are 75/150.
Madcap is level 42 very rare. DPS is 47.0/68.2. Stats are 77/154.
Barbarity/Zeal is level 46 rare. DPS is 50.4/73.2. Stats are 77/154.

All three of these are in-line with current Stat Distributions related to rarity, item level, and tier scaling.

Was not aware that rarity played a role in the stat distribution.
