Summary	0024996: No loot rolls
Description	We did Bilerot Burrows. We noticed at first bosses that not loot were getting rolled. So I saved the chat logs to show the situation. Even though we didn't get any rolls, we did get the contribution for quests.
Steps To Reproduce	I really don't know if its a permanent bug or just a one time error.
Additional Information	Used the command ]lockouts and players did not have any
