Summary	0025104: BS Boss Thar'lgnan Hound Adds Still Aggroing Players that Aren't Punted and Rooted
Description	Thar'lgnan, final left wing boss in Bastion Stair, still has hound adds that sometimes aggro other players beside the ones that were punted and rooted during the boss fight. We had to knock down/root adds and then kite boss away from them in order to keep them from healing the boss when they died. Occurred during the normal mode version of the boss fight, so it will likely happen in hard mode, too.
Steps To Reproduce	Do the boss fight in Bastion Stair and it will sometimes occur.
