Summary	0025110: "Great Green Mushroom" quest objects bugged
Description	https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com/quest/20722 While picking up Ash mushroom, object despawns, but no item in inventory appears. Picking up mushroom doesn't count towards quest objective.
