| Summary | 0025134: On the Brink of Chaos quest bug | ||||
| Description | Unable to interact with the "Private Hold" NPC on one of the stages of the "On the Brink of Chaos" quest. On one stage of the "On the Brink of Chaos" quest (Empire chapter 16), you have to interact with the "Captain of the Guard's Study" NPC (table), located in Reikland, Grauenburg Forest, 6.5k, 16.5k. Interacting with it works correctly, it gives you a quest item named "Key", and sends you to the next part of the quest, which requires finding the Lord's Private Hold in Castle Grauenburg, opening it, and returning to Greta Machholt with the chest's contents. The "Private Hold" NPC (chest), located also in Reikland on one of the floors of Castle Grauenburg, is unable to interact with. Neither right-clicking nor clicking on the "Key" quest item gives any result. I tried abandoning the "On the Brink of Chaos" quest, returning to the "Captain of the Guard's Study" NPC (table), and it gave me another "Key" quest item as well as the next part of the quest, but I still can't interact with the "Private Hold" chest in Castle Grauenburg. | ||||

| Additional Information | According to the patch notes from Wed Jun 10, 2020, the "On the Brink of Chaos" quest has been fully corrected and reworked.
