Summary0025140: Witchbrew does not work with Frenzied Mayhem tactic
DescriptionOn my Witch Elf, I have tested on the dummy in Karak Eight peaks for the purposes of dps parsing; I have noticed that the tactic Frenzied Mayhem does not give the promised damage boost of 5% per finisher point when using the Frenzy ability 'Witchbrew'!

I have also noticed that the Flanking tactic does not affect it at all; I am unsure if masterful treachery works with it.

Flanking does not work with it either!

Procs do not benefit from damage increases, this is working as intended.
