| Description | At 17/3/2026 at the city instance II in order (Altorf city siege), none of the order players involved got a crest bag of any kind despite winning all three stages of the city siege stages. The problem was simple, no loot chests spawned and no rolls where made after each stage. After waiting 30 minutes no bags arrived at the mail either. The instance/scenario was not a qued warband, it was from solo q. | ||||

| Additional Information | I've heard this happened before to other people as well which is a great shame. It would be nice if steps could be taken to prevent something like that from happening again.
