Noh 2026-04-20 18:10 reporter ~0048286	Yes, DoT effect applies for 15s, BUT initiative debuff applies only for 10s. Have checked it by .getstats now, initiative reduced for 10 seconds. Look at https://war-abilityviewer.dalen.io/ability/3055. Damage component 15s, statchange for 10s.
