Summary0025390: Fasta/Quicka Squiggy! (Squig armour specific mount) causes squig pets to miscalculate position to summoner causing despawns.
DescriptionWe identified a bug where the Squig Armour specific mount "Fasta Squiggy!" and "Quicka Squiggy!" causes all of the 4 pets to despawn after moving 600ft away from when the mount occurred.

The pet is not registering new positions when moving with these mounts. This also was noticed when attacking a target while mounted within the 600ft distance. You can see your pet warp/rubberband quickly to "catch up" to the position it should be at.

Or in other words the pet following you is a ghosting.
Steps To ReproduceMoving approximately 600ft from the Monolith (West IC) to Fate's Edge (near Flight master) causes the pet to despawn. Same when moving from Fate's Edge to Death's Labyrinth (~600ft. again). Same tested in different areas in Praag PvE zones as well as the RvR lake, always a 600ft distance.

Event mounts were tested while in Squig Armour, specifically the Ursun Bear and Pig, and the pet never despawned meaning it's not tied to the Squig Armour ability/stance, but the Fasta/Quicka mount itself.

Summoning inside Praag warcamp and moving 600ft. out into the RvR lake caused the pet to despawn.

Hej,

It's a desync issue to an extent as it looks like the pet is right there beside you, when it actually isn't, while running mounted with these pets.

What causes this to happen is that these Squig Armor "speedbuff" mounts doesn't correctly increase the pets movespeed when active. It stays the same as when unmounted.

You can test this with .getstats, comparing your own and your pets movement speed when mounted/unmounted. Movement speed numbers from my own testing:

Unmounted Player: 225
Unmounted Pet(WL&SH): 235
Mounted player: 360
Mounted pet with Goblin/WL/non-SA-mount: 376
Mounted pet with SA-mount(Fasta/Quicka): 235!

This doesn't have anything to do with the range moved directly. If you stop and wait every once in a while before moving again, the pet wont despawn. If you run for long enough in a straight line you will eventually outrange the pets actual "ghosting" position, thanks to the difference in MS.
