| Summary | 0025399: Run Away! tactic incorrect proc rate | ||||
| Description | I noticed that the Run Away! tactic on my shaman was not proccing very often so I tested it. Mob 1: 110+ attacks with no proc Mob 2: 10 attacks before proc Mob 3: 22 attacks before proc The proc rate is supposed to be 25% but appears to be at most 5%. I avoided the ICD by waiting 30s between mobs. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Wait 10 seconds. 2. Aggro mob. 3. Count attacks until tactic procs. 4. Repeat. | ||||

| The ICD seems to be per attack, not per proc. So every 10 seconds, an attack has a 25% chance to trigger it. This might be intended, otherwise any kind of AOE will almost guarantee it triggers if it rolls without an ICD, but I'll leave it open for someone else to look at. | |
| ICD should trigger when you get the movement speed. Fixed in next patch. | |
