0025426: absolution ability only working when someone does not have knockdown immunity

logic here just wanted to let you know that the absolution ability on witch hunter is not working as intended as it is only being able to be used as a knockdown but this never was the case in the first the place
that ability is key to the witch hunters playstyle and effects the way i and others would play
