| Description | When u toggle on "Rune of Breaking" u will get 5% crit chance deduction, regardless of equiped items ( if u have 22% from items and u toggle on "Rune of Breaking" u will get only 17% from items and rest of 5% arent in converted and it stays on healing values even if u remove all items.) i don't have this problem any more thank God i "fixed" it with a simple "Logout" but i am not sure if its totally gone.Similar thing happen to few runepriests i talked to.
