Summary0025455: Quest stuck
DescriptionQuest in Ostland PVP area, kill a NPC for his hands, turn in for crests and other items. Got blobbed as I fought the NPC and now I can not place a new head on the stick to summon him again, and my quest bags are over flowing with heads now
