Summary	0025504: Lasting Hooked Ointment potion doesn't works.
Description	As far as I'm aware, those aren't disabled. However using it, it does nothing- it seems to go off, gcd seems to be triggered, but there is no buff on you, and testing vs melee mobs, there is no damage.
Steps To Reproduce	Drink a Lasting Hooked Ointment potion, check buff/ dmg vs melee.
