Summary	0025762: Ritual Nexus not reducing ap-regen properly.
Description	Like the sumamry suggests, the Ritual Nexus does not reduce the inherent AP-regeneration of Zealot. This is not in line with what the tooltip suggests. Reduction should be from 25/s -> 20/s. However, this is not applied.
Steps To Reproduce	Optional: Unequip all gear - or use gear, but see that it does not grant ap-regen. 1) Cast nexus 2) cast random spells to use up ap, then stop 3) wait for ap-regen to tick
Additional Information	I don't have a Runepriest, so this needs to be checked by someone else. But since those two (zl and rp) are mechanically the same, I think RP will be affected as well.
