Summary	0025783: RVR Lockout timer resetting
Description	Yesterday I was on my Order character for around 5 min, then swapped to my Dest character, and received a 60 min lockout to renown, influence etc. which is fine. While on my Dest character I let the Lockout timer countdown to 10 min, and decided to log on another character still on Dest faction to make a few potions while waiting on the final 10 min of lockout. When I logged on my character still on Dest the timer reset from 10 min, back to 60 min, and when I switched back to the Dest character I was on when the timer was at 10 min, before I switched to make potions, it was also reset back to 60 min timer.
