| Steps To Reproduce | Place a Blue Horror near target dummy and let it attack to see the unbuffed damage. Cast Withering soul (buffed with Daemonic withering tactic) on target dummy and let Blue Horror attack the target. The damage should be increased by 10% but the damage stays the same.
