Summary	0025829: Granted Ability Bar and Stance Bar will not show Granted Abilities or Stance Abilities if Hidden then Logging Out.
Description	The Granted Ability Bar and the Stance Bar if hidden with the Layout Editor before logging out will remain hidden after logging back in even if using the Layout Editor to Unhide. The only way seemingly around this is to create a new UI Profile.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Use Layout Editor to Hide Granted or Stance Ability Bar. 2) Log Out 3) Use Layout Editor to Unhide Granted or Stance Ability Bar.
