Storm of Ravens strikes 4 times (correct is 3 times).

**Harbringer of Doom turn on:** tooltip shows 3213 damage, 3213:4=803 per tick without crit, but 710 is a real value.

**Harbringer of Doom turn off:** tooltip shows 2793 damage, 2793:4=698 per tick without crit, but 530 is a real value.

4 times is correct. The tooltip value may not be correct, but we do try to get close, which it seems to be.

Going by the other ticket there was an attempt to change it from 4 ticks to 7 ticks with a reduced damage per tick. The reduce damage went in but it still only ticks 4 times.
