Summary	0013936: Zealot - Storm of Ravens is not function properly
Description	Reporter: sudo-null Storm of Ravens strikes 4 times (correct is 3 times). Harbringer of Doom turn on: tooltip shows 3213 damage, 3213:4=803 per tick without crit, but 710 is a real value. ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 03:53 reporter ~0025472	Commenter: wargrimnir 4 times is correct. The tooltip value may not be correct, but we do try to get close, which it seems to be.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 03:53 reporter ~0025473	Commenter: Zomega-WAR https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/16381 Going by the other ticket there was an attempt to change it from 4 ticks to 7 ticks with a reduced damage per tick. The reduce damage went in but it still only ticks 4 times.
