Summary0015960: Gameobjects and NPCs missing/disappearing in Altdorf

There seem to be a issue after some of the latest Hotfixes to the server with the quest for Spotting Troubble, Finding Harlan's Registry. i Done this on two alts previously and had no issues finding the book on the same place, Third character i run around the whole keep up and down looking behind crates, barrels, chests. and still no book. waited 20 min incase it had a respawn. and still no book.

This is where it's been for both my other characters, im seeing two others running around trying to find it to. so unless it's been changed, the book isent spawning.

Hi. The book is gone again. and it looks like alot in Altdorf is suffering npcs disapering and repearing.
