DescriptionI reached rr80 at 10:08pm PT 1/20/24 and received no mail for potions, 30day mount token, etc

Additional InformationAfter an hour I relogged, nothing.
Server restart last night a few hours later, still nothing.
Checked this afternoon - nothing.
Contacted a GM and was told to submit a bug report.

I believe you can buy the RR quests from your city library if it didn't get mailed to you.

 R1CH is correct - we have back-ups in place for an instance like this. Check the Library / Lyceum in your capital city and talk to the Records Keeper. You can buy the quest starter item there.
