I have further issues with in game mail... Character 'atgeir' sent character 'halcyon' in-game mail and it did NOT arrive.. Contents 19x+12STR tali and 1x+13STR tali Character 'Katzenjager' sent character 'halcyon' in-game mail and it did NOT arrive.. Contents 7gold, 10x+16STR for 60min potions |

Same issue. Happened with two letters with 16 items purple items attached. Returning items and trying to get them back by sender didn't help. Yesterday and days before yesterday sent letters with 16 green items attached, opened without problems today. |

Tried to opened ssecond mail with attacmentes and now expiration date is 2 days. To reproduce might try put in full 16 slots of purple weapon items. In both letters I've sent 16 devourer/harbinger/ravener weapons with str stat to salvage. Item lvl on each >40 to get lvl 200 main ingridients for talis. Before bought it all on AH, overall costs is around 650 gold. Would be extremely sad to lose it in nowhere in 2 days. Please help. image.png (132,401 bytes) |

Checked with clear game installed on another PC with all addons turned off. Keeps crashing. Problem is not caused by addons for sure. Expires in 1 day now. image-2.png (129,189 bytes) |

Both letters decayed. Friend sent me blue items to salvage, not knowing about the issue. Mail with 3 attachments was opened without any problems and 2nd letter (on the video) with 16 items keeps crashing game too. RoR_crash.mkv (1,272,534 bytes) |

Possibly related - I have seen visual corruption and missing icons on mail items. Once claimed they appear in the backpack normally. image (21).png (122,460 bytes) |

Fix pending. We will extend expiry of mails which would have expired on the next patch. |

"Fix pending. We will extend expiry of mails which would have expired on the next patch." is not a fix... and it does not recover our lost items. The problem is not with the expiry time on emails, it is with the emails simply being unable to be opened and crashing the game - AND causing us to loose the items. |

All expired mail will be extended to allow players to open mail which would have otherwise be lost. - from patchnotes. Maybe I misunderstood? It's about mail which is already expired and disappeared or about expiring ones which are still in mail box? Cause mine expired items didn't come back in mail box. |
