Summary	0023342: Bastion Stair - Skull Lord Var'ithrok gets stuck
Description	After the boss does the AOE punt 1 or 2 times he will seem to become stuck and never change the direction he faces even though there are no targets in front of him. This means the rest of the fight can be completed with no risk of punts as the party can just group up behind him. Also during this fight he will apply the blow-up-your-teammates debuff on people at random, after around 1 or 2 casts of this debuff he will seem to become fixated on a single target, constantly applying it to only 1 person in the group for the rest of the fight.
