I'm playing Archmage only, but I've talked to Shamans having the same issue.

Since the experimental mode ended, the class-mechanic (Force/Tranquility) is broken.
Usually it should be like this:
I used a dmg-ability 5 times = I got 5 Force
5 Force should mean to make instant-heals (like HoT) more powerfull and casted heals (like Groupheal) faster / with 5 Force it would be instant.

The Animation in this case is instant, but the Heal itself comes 1s later + I need to remain standing still.

Same for the opposite.
If I used 5 Heals = 5 Tranquility my Dots should be stronger ticking, but they don't

**All in all: the mechanic is broken.**

Please check and fix it, because right now this class becomes unplayable and even harder.
