Summary	0010134: Annihilator/Merc gear "trick"
Description	Reporter: Sprak2686 For my SM at least, if you fully Spec into Hoeth tree then put on Anni gear for the tree bonus, it takes you above the 15 point cap. Same goes for Merc gear and Path of Khaine tree. It increases the path skill powers accordingly.
