Commenter: Qwack Thanks for considering this... When/What: At all times when the Mork's Touch tactic is slotted, it will not trigger off any DoT ticks. Mork's Touch WILL trigger off Da Waaagh is Coming as it chain spreads. This indicates the tactic itself is not broken, just the DoT tick mechanic. Where: It will not trigger off DoT ticks anywhere in ORvR nor any SC. Its difficult to provide screenshots of something that doesn't occur when I can't provide a comparable. I can provide a long line of DoT damage logs that show no Mork's Touch trigger if that will help? |

Commenter: wargrimnir Evidence, being that this occurred on live servers. I would suspect it did not, since all of your dots would potentially be removing blessings. As the description grants the chance on spell cast, and not damage dealt, it would be more likely DWIC is performing incorrectly. |

Commenter: Qwack DWIC did perform as anticipated on Live and likewise on RoR. Since DoTs are now changed and taken on individual tick basis (unlike Live) it seems the Mork's Touch tactic should affect on an individual Tick basis. Thus Morks Touch should follow suit on the new RoR DoT meta. The DPS Shammy is now so significantly nerfed due to the new DoT mechanics... I can't imagine pushing it further out of existence. I mean like, come on... DPS Shammies barely exist in RoR because its widely known they are at the bottom of the barrel. Allowing Mork's Touch to work properly with the new DoT mechanics gives a ray of hope. Tanks get a 100% chance to strip Blessing with a mere push of a button without a Tactic being used. Mork's Touch is only a 25% chance, WITH a tactic slotted. |
